Yes, all TANGZU earphones and audio accessories come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What is your return policy for audio equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them to qualify for a full refund.
Are TANGZU IEMs compatible with all smartphones?
Our IEMs use standard 3.5mm or 4.4mm connectors. For smartphones without a dedicated headphone jack, a compatible USB-C or Lightning DAC/dongle is required.
